Montage Photography takes responsibility to protect and maintain the security, privacy and accuracy of personal information.
Collection
Montage Photography collects only that information which is necessary for the conduct of our business relationship with you. The information we collect is dependent on the purpose for which it is collected and generally includes name, billing address, contact details, details relevant to complete payment e.g. bank account details, credit card details.
We collect the information we require from you directly when you provide information either over the phone, in a form or submit details through our website.
Use and Disclosure
Montage Photography uses your information to carry out our business with you, for promotion and direct marketing of our services to you, internal product/service evaluation, and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You can access and correct your personal details held by us by contacting us directly on montagephotography@outlook.com.
These policies are provided to make our time together as smooth as possible. Please read these carefully and feel free to print a copy for your records.
Copyright
All original images belong to Montage Photography and are subject to copyright. If images are displayed on social networking sites by the client, photos must say that the images are by Montage Photography somewhere visible on the photo or on the information tab below each single photo.
Exhibition / Model Release
The client hereby agrees that Montage Photography may publish or display the images via social media platforms or enter them into competitions and release all claims to profits that may arise from the use of those images.
The client hereby grants Montage Photography and its legal representatives the unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner or medium without restriction.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the event, Montage Photography will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. Montage Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Montage Photography’s control, Montage Photography’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package.
Appearance
In the event that the client would like additional photos due to appearance out of our control (hair/makeup, etc.) in the previous session, the client will be charged for an additional session fee to reschedule or shoot additional photos.
Location & Access Fees
If the client wants to do a session at a location that charges for access onto the premises, the client will be responsible to cover fees associated with shooting at the location, and all parking fees. They are also responsible for organising the access, entry and any permits related to doing so.
Tardiness
In the event that the client is late to the agreed appointment time for their session, the time that the client is late over and above the initial 15 mins will be taken as time used by the photography session.
Purchased Images
All images shown via the Pixieset online gallery are final edits of photos taken at the time of the above photography session. All images selected for purchase are final once ordered. No refunds will be provided.
