With a great eye for detail, my style is a mixture of candid and posed shots - depending on the vision you have for your session. I love experimenting with light, shadows, angles, and genuinely have a passion for showcasing the best version of you through photography.
All images are colour corrected and general retouching is completed on the images included in the photoshoot packages.
The session fee is a $99.00 non-refundable fee and is required to hold your session. This payment is due at the time of you signing the Booking Agreement. This fee will be deducted from the total package fee.
You will receive the pricing in place at the time of your booking as specified on your invoice/Booking Agreement. This pricing is valid for a further 60 days after your session for any re-orders. Pricing is subject to change at any time.
We accept credit / debit cards via online payments as well as direct bank transfers. We also have payment plans available!
Sessions run from 30 minutes to a full day (8 hours) depending on the package selected. Please check our calendar via the online booking link to view our current available days & times.
Please note that these are subject to availability of the photographer, however if you had another day/time in mind, please send us an enquiry as we may be able to customise this for your event.
If you are feeling sick, please call to reschedule. Please give as much notice as possible but notification less than 24 hours will result in the loss of your session fee.
If you are rescheduling, the session fee will be transferrable to your newly selected date. Your session will need to be rescheduled within the following 30 days.
You will also have the option to reschedule via your online booking, although, if you are unsure, please feel free to contact us.
Images will be presented via the Pixieset online gallery for viewing within 2 - 4 weeks after your photoshoot. This is where you will select your images (unedited proofs) in accordance with your chosen package for editing.
Please note that there may be a further wait time depending on any additional product inclusions selected (full digital gallery, prints, canvases etc); in this case you will receive further notice.
We typically keep your images for 6-9 months, however, we cannot guarantee they will be available for this amount of time. We recommend that you download and save them ASAP once you receive your online gallery.
Totally! There are no additional fees for additional outfits, although the amount of time it takes to change into those outfits does count towards the total amount of the session time.
We recommend a maximum of 4 outfits as you will have more variety when it comes to your photos and poses.
Totally! We recommend for your partner or bestie to come along to the session. It's always good to have someone you are comfortable with to provide extra support and someone who can assist with touching up your makeup or tan/oil spray (for fitness clients) during the session.
Yes! We work closely with a Hair & Makeup artist, and you can add this service to your photoshoot package.
For the 8-hour Retreat Group Package, Hair & Makeup is already included, with the artist onsite at your chosen location.
Otherwise, if you prefer not to add-on this service to your package, please arrive at your photoshoot session with your hair and makeup done and ready to go.
This will not be a problem. However, we recommend you get the lenses taken out if possible as this will eliminate the glare in photos. We cannot edit glare out of your photos and it can be a distraction when looking at your images.
In the event of weather conditions that are out of our control:
- If you have been contacted and advised to reschedule your session due to the photographer’s concerns about the weather, and you still wish to proceed with the session and it rains, which results in limiting the time and/or photos that were able to be taken, you will be charged an additional session fee to reschedule or shoot additional photos. Due to the photography equipment, it is up to the photographer’s discretion if bad weather persists to cancel the session, during the session.
- If you have been contacted and advised to reschedule your session due to the photographer’s concerns about the weather, and you decide to reschedule, you will not be charged to do so. You will then be contacted to confirm the photographer’s availability to reschedule your session.
A travel fee is payable for any travel to destinations exceeding a 30-minute drive from Sylvania (one-way). A quote will be provided upon enquiry.
Clients will be responsible for the cost of any tolls/parking fees if incurred.
